How to purchase a CrownTek Prepaid VoIP
card and CrownTek Prepaid Voucher?
1. Go to www.crownteksolutions.com.
2. If you are already on the site, just scroll down
the page.
3. Click the "Payment" on the navigation bar at
the lowest-right hand side of the page.
4. To purchase the CrownTek Prepaid VoIP Card,
click on the "Buy Now" button located under the
card.
5. To purchase the CrownTek Prepaid Voucher,
click on the "Buy Now" button located under the
card.
(Transactions are made through PayPal. Please wait for a confirmation
email and your US/Global Extension Number which will be sent to your
email within 24 hours.)
How to log in to your account?
1. Go to www.crownteksolutions.
2. If you are already on the page, click either the
"CrownTek VoIP Log In" located at the upper-
left side of the page or the "Log In Now" word
with a blinking red arrow located at the lower-
right side of the page.
3. Upon clicking, a new browser window will
appear. Enter your US/Global Extension
Number for the user name and your default
password for the password and click "Enter".
4. Your control panel will appear wherein you can
change your password, download your
softphone, open your softphone manual and

How to download CrownTek VoIP ?
1. Go to www.crownteksolutions.com.
2. If you are already on the site, click the
cellphone image or the "Download Softphone"
word located at the upper-right hand side of the
page.
3. Click on the "Save" button and save the file on
your desktop (recommended).
4. ("CrownTek Softphone Set up" will appear on
your desktop) Open the "CrownTek Softphone
Set up" file.
5. A set up wizard will appear and click on "Next".
6. Once the set up wizard is completed, a
"CrownTek Softphone" icon will appear on your
desktop.
7. Open the "CrownTek Softphone" icon.
8. You will arrive on a screen that asks you to
enter your user name and password.
(if you are using a dial-up connection, be sure to check the box for
dial-up internet connection for successful connection with low bandwith)
How to reload/add money to my ?
1. Purchase a CrownTek Prepaid VoIP Voucher.
(see the "how to purchase prepaid voucher" above)
2. Wait for a confirmation mail on your email for a
successful purchase of the voucher.
3. Wait within 24 hours for your account to be
reloaded.
4. Log in to your account to see your remaining
balance.
